Any owners verify this comment that the PTO spline is difficult to turn by hand for getting drive splines lined up?
About to strike a deal on a new unit. I have more info in the general forum section under buying decisions.

Any tractor with an independant PTO is going to be that way due to the PTO brake.
I simply added an overrunning clutch to my tractors PTO shaft ( $50) that I can turn by hand for easy lineup.

I guess it depends what the implement is, but I find my bush hog pretty easy to turn by hand to hook up.
