The one I put up was 4K, no jitters but it certainly does bite into your storage, I have many 1TB external drives.
Very nice to have 4k if you have plenty of storage on your computer and the time to edit it. I also use Filmora. It is a powerful tool but I get lazy and just do basic editing now.
I have run some experiments with my camera and found 4k to be a bit jittery because it is only 24 fps. Likewise with 2.5k.
I prefer 1080p at 60 fps as quality is still excellent for posting to YT and vids are very smooth. Also great for taking frames from a vid.
One day I will invest in a Mavic 2 or similar but until then I will keep building my own.
We just go get the calf to make sure it's all good to go. It's a cow, punch it and take the calf. My dad or grandpa didn;t have no darn drones to be the landmaster. Probably shouldn't have livestock if you don't know how to deal with it.
If you want a toy, get one, ask about them. To premise it with checking on a calf is idiocy. I don't and will never pull a punch.

I hurt my back bad and couldn't get around, used the drone to check the fences quicker than I could when not injured, not a toy but could be a problem with a low IQ
