looks like it might have gotten a bit too hot they are called smokers not burners :licking:

It was actually very moist and delicious. I also had an 8# breastin there along with the 22 pounder. Pics didn't do it no Justice. Been doing this for years for my kids and grandkids...

I have deep fried and oven roasted many a turkey. But after we smoked our first one there was no going back.
