I asked the wife to try this, guess you know the answer! We have bacon here about once a month and I get one piece! **** I hate some things about growing oler.

The wife and I are going elsewhere for thanksgiving. No Idea what the bird will look like

It was actually very moist and delicious. I also had an 8# breastin there along with the 22 pounder. Pics didn't do it no Justice. Been doing this for years for my kids and grandkids...

I have deep fried and oven roasted many a turkey. But after we smoked our first one there was no going back.
