Drag box scraper build

Had some parts sitting in the junk pile and need a way to keep some gravel level w/o a tractor.

A box blade surround, left over from a land plane build. An axle cut off a vat and put to the side by my Grandfather 40 odd years ago, a cutting edge a little too long but the correct bolt pattern. Also, a set of trailing arms off a fox body ford.

Axle shortened, some 3" box tube I had, cut for the cross brace and tongue and an $89 electric trailer jack where a hydraulic cylinder should be.

A Kawasaki mule I put a honda gx690 in.

I cut the hooks off a load binder and used it to adjust the angle to allow for crowning roads.

The limit of traction is about like the scoop below. I thought the electric jack was going to be too slow but it turns out the fine adjustment capability is nice to have. Got it all smoothed out and it works pretty good.
