DR vacuum

Hi All, I just bought a new DR leaf vacuum. It was dealer installed Because of the design of the trailer, when operating the mulched up leaves blow out the back of the trailer. I’ve tried ratchet strapping it closed without much luck? Does any out there have experience with this. Dealer is willing to help me out. Thanks

If you have the new soft bag model, it is a copy of the proven Cyclone Rake design. Are you saying the rear closure flaps don't stay closed. You close the upper and lower first, then the left and right. If they don't stay closed the snaps are defective. If the leaves are blowing out the top vent under the flap, the leaf screen is missing.
