A good friend of mine that was president of a paving company that we worked with was killed recently on his farm dozer. He was using his little dozer and the ignition switch had gone bad. He was jumping it with a screw driver and apparently standing on a track at the time. He had left it in gear and had the the throttle opened up to start. His wife saw the dzer stuck and still running and followed the tracks back to his truck and found him runover.
