Anyone use the dozer blade? How does it do? Seems like it could do well for grading and dirt work. In all wheel steer the rear wheels could still steer even though there was not much weight on the front. Just wondering how it actually is.

I have used a dozer blade on wheeled skid steer S300 but not on my TC. Dozer blades are difficult to control if try digging in dirt. OK for pushing loose material. I think the TC would be more difficult to control due to the suspension. It would allow too much movement up and down. Guys with tracked machines say they do better than wheeled skids.

If you are getting a 3 pt version TC, you will be much farther ahead getting a box blade with rippers. That is what I use most of the time for grading. Easy to control, can rip up the hard stuff. I have 3 rear remotes on my TC, top and tilt cylinders and 3rd for running the hydraulic scarifer on box blade.
