My property is on the water. Lot's of sand. Some rough grass (which can be soft). And a "Crushed Bank (mix of sand gravel and clay I think)" steep road I wish to maintain with it.
I plan to move lots of rocks. Some on the edge of the water in sand.
I might try to use it to launch my boat.
I may distribute sand and sod with it.
I may use it in the winter on occasion if the plow doesn't show up or makes a mess or I need to access an area not normally plowed. No plans for a snow blower at this time.
I plan to dig out a bunch of stumps.
I may add a box grader or scraper for grooming the road.
No mowing.
I'm thinking turf tires. Not so much to protect the little bit of grass but a lot of land is loose on my property (the sand and the crushed bank road). And I think aggresive tires will tend to dig in rather than try to ride on top.
What do you think?
