Just got a price quote on a BX1850 and would like to hear from you folks who may have bought an 1850 this year regarding whether this is a fair price. There's only one other dealer that's close enough that I'd consider buying from but I haven't heard back from them yet. I realize dealers must make a profit, otherwise we might not have any dealers after a while, I just don't want to get stuck.

The quote is $11,917 for a BX1850 with 50" snowblower and 48" MMM.

Many thanks for any help you can give!

It would be easier to make a informed decision if you were to give a breakdown of the cost of the snowblower and mid mount mower deck separately. The 48" mower isn't as good a cutting deck as the 54" or 60" from what I have been told. Is there a reason to go with the 48" deck? Dusty

Don't have a breaddown of the cost of blower and MMM, I was outside when the dealer called back and had to listen to voice mail.
The reason for the 48" MMM is space, I have lots of trees and the 48" would just be handier.
