My dog will chomp on the pills if I put them in almond butter.
Peanut butter was my go to when we had a shepherd.

My Great Pyrenees will spit out any pill hidden in any type of food. If I show it to them they will open mouths and take them no problem.

My shepherd is the same way. We had us a little druggy after we had her spayed.

I was putting her pill in cream cheese to get her to take it. Well the pill hit the floor. I figured that the fight was gonna be on.

She scooped the pill off the floor. Looked at me and bit it

I could tell when her pain pill was wearing off. She would be sitting patiently by the fridge

My girlfriends little guy Chadwick, he was a Texas throw away. We both found him online in a nasty shelter in Cleburne Texas. The rest is a love story I won't get into.

He's all dressed for his first Buffalo winter. LOL

Just before my previous picture was taken…
The things we do for our dogs. I was trying to cross a stream on some logs, but he got in trouble. After I helped him out…
In hindsight it wasn’t a swift move. I thought I knew how deep the stream was but could have been mistaken. With my work boots on, all of my gear and a sidearm, had it been deeper than I thought it would not have been good.

Puppy love at 6 months old. These do everything together.
Keegan on the bottom is saying id that it ? I wanted a longer ride.

Another day, another conehead… another injury, another vet bill. This one isn’t so bad though, he just got a stick or something in his eye.

Notice the feathers on the bottom edge of the cone… even though the anesthesia hasn’t completely worn off he’s still a bird dog.
