Molly and Anthony. I've never seen a dog who loves the snow so much. We have to trim her, you can see the snowballs attached to her fur after just a half hour out into the snow.

I had a Australian Cattle dog when I was a kid he was a great squirrel dog, I see you have yours on the boat mine likes to lick the fish.

Our dogs get snowballs too but that doesn't seem to bother them. With webbed feet they also get snow that turns to ice between their furry toes. They stop and chew those out when they get big enough to be uncomfortable. Paw wax that dog sledders use helps some with the toe ice balls.

Yea, her snowballs were so big on her underbelly and between her hind legs, she couldn't sit down as she's trained to do when she came in. Funny to see her want to sit but the "balls" were stopping her. It took a long time to squeeze them and comb them out, she was covered. We should have just given her a warm shower.
