I recently received a crate of solar panels that weighed 2298 lbs. my MF2705E loader with forks is rated at 2300 lbs. I can report that I was able to raise it only a few inches off the truck bed so that the truck could move forward and the load lowered. It’s imperative that you have substantial weight on your 3 point hitch for this to work otherwise the tractor could easily tip forward (I had a heavy Gannon box blade).
Yeah I will, I have a heavy blade I use for counterweight.

Think outside the box. You don’t have to lift the hole thing at once. Grab the end drag in part way out. Set it on the ground. Drive tractor to the side lift the end that is still on the truck and have him pull out. That way you don’t have to lift the whole thing at once.

Any way you can get in touch with the company that is going to deliver your material with a lift gate, this would solve your problem.
How would you get a 10' wide pallet on a lift gate that at best is 8'x8'.

ericb2400; how do you propose to prevent damage to the product when sitting one end on the ground?

It’s on a pallet isn’t it. Same as lifting from the end. I would hope it’s not hanging 3+ feet over 2 sides of a 4 ft pallet at 10 ft wide.

Pair of tractors is my suggestion! While rated for it, my M7040 probably wouldn't pick it up as the hydraulics seem to be weaker than the advertised amount, though I have never tested it against the actual specs to confirm that.
Due to the length of the pallet overhang, you probably aren't going to get a good straight shot on the pallet anyway, so having another tractor on site is a good idea. Also, I would seriously consider having at least a pair of slings to pick up the ends with, in case the building overhangs the pallet and the driver has to pull forward, or you have to slide it out. Slings do a lot less damage than forks to the building in the case of them slipping as you pull the building out of the trailer.
Ask the delivery company if an open side or a flatbed trailer is available for this delivery! Also, look at the pallet ON THE TRUCK before you ever touch it with your tractor, as forklifts at LTL terminals aren't made to handle excessive lengths that don't fit a standard pallet, and there is a good chance that they shoved it from one end or the other during the load/unload process. Also remember, it will have been handled several times, because the LTL companies use a HUB to accept all deliveries, and then transload them to the trailer going to your ZIP Code.
Good luck, David from jax

I don't think I would risk lifting that much weight if you need to lift it high up. Tractors with FEL's are for sure not forklifts. What you don't want to do is die.... At least not because your tractor flips over on you, or your loader collapses, etc. I wonder what it would cost to rent a forklift for an afternoon?

i thought delivery freight can unload for a surcharge? at least that's the way freight delivery has worked for me. i would not attempt to unload w/your machine, mine's the next size up & i wouldn't consider given potential product damage

The pallet won’t fit on a lift gate which would eliminate the vast majority of for hire trucking. You can’t readily hire a truck equipped with a moffit forklift. Freight trucks are more concerned with the area it takes up especially when it’s a light load anyway so asking them to ship it on separate pallets won’t be a free option.

`makes sense, haven't had much freight delivered, tailgate delivery has been an option. good luck to OP on his delivery choices

To the OP on this, if you're going to use the Kubota, know that the loader cylinders have two positions. One is for the most height and one is for the greatest lifting power. Look in the owner's manual.

With mine on the strength position, I can just barely lift a ton pallet.
