Late to this thread.
Wondered if you were familiar with TBN member VON? He has not been active for a long time, but does occasionally pop in. He rebuild Mog's, sells parts etc. Also the only member I am aware of that had his own Zamboni for a backyard ice rink.
There are old thread here on TBN about his first Unimog restorations.
He turned it into a full time gig Diesel Unimog New & Used Parts & Vehicles | VonsMog

Yup, have one (Mavic Pro), it's tagged, and has a Marco Polo tracking device on it in case it decided to go wandering for some reason. Lets me take nice pictures of the farm as we clean it up. We used to buy photo's from those guys that fly over and then come knock on your door a few weeks later offering to sell you a picture of your farm (speaking of privacy, it's been going on for years guys, lighten up.). Now I just fly up, find the perfect angle, and snap the pic. Don't have to worry if the lawn is mowed or I left the old farm truck in the middle of the lawn when they fly over, since I know when I'll be taking the picture myselfAmazing tools/toys. We used it to fly along the drainage ditch and find where it had dammed up, would have been hard to otherwise, not enough snow for snowmobiles, but to much snow for quads, just fly along the route and voila.
