I had a Long 460 that maybe I had no genuine hate for it, I certainly never loved it. Leaks, floppy lift cylinders, snapped shafts, soft steel that stripped out any time you put muscle on tightening a bolt, and so on...

Can't say I hate my new tractor but so far my Majindra Max 28 isn't as easy to operate as the Yanmar and it feels like it does not have the power, even though it has 4 more HP.
The vote is still out we will see once the box blade or the land leveler is attached.
Because I feel the overall power is not there I I decided to go with a 60" Land Leveler and Compactor Roller.

Yeah, my Long 2360, had some issues too...diesel lift pump, regulator wiring loose that popped two batterys cases. lift cylinders that cycled the position control all the time (leakdown). Several other little things... sure wasn't the easiest thing to start in the winter either. It was a big chunk of iron, and I did a lot of work with it, but the fit and finish, and engineering were not top notch.

I have been known to hate on them too, when I am out plowing snow, in subzero weather and the tops of your legs are numb and your nose is an ice sickle. Yeah, all that hate helps keep me warm.

I guess not, as I am not sure what that means. If you mean Harley Hog rider.. nope..
Now I did knock my old Kubota out of gear once by squirming in the seat, and it took off downhill freewheeling like a scalded dog.:shocked::laughing:

I like both of my tractors.
But when I was a teenager on the farm, we had an old Allis Chalmers row crop tractor that my brother and I both hated with a passion. We tried our best to kill it, but it just kept on ticking. We cussed it every time one of us had to get on it.
We used it for planting, cultivating and pulling a pull-type 2-row cotton stripper among other things. So one of us was almost always on it.
