As to the round circular unpainted frame complaint, i believe those unpainted areas are where they get bolted to the assembly line production chain and painted. Then the tractors are bolted to another shipping frame and shipped to the dealer. I would think the dealers would at least toss some brush paint on these areas before displaying them on their lots. My BX23s has the same unpainted area, and its nothing to be concerned with. Just get some gray kubota frame paint and paint it.

I posted a video... as you can see here, these tractors roll around on frame work. Though it dosent show the paint process in the video, but it still gives you somewhat of an idea why you would see some unpainted areas on production made equipment when these tractors are bolted to production frames and moved around the facility.
