Kioti DK 5810 HST
Just upgraded to a dk5810 hst and according to the manual there should be a regen switch, the dash only has blanks where the switches should be so I am wondering if mine has regen or is it an automatic function.

Kioti Australia does a great job making all the Kioti tractor owners manuals available free online for download. I looked at your DK5810 manual, and your tractor has the same DPF/DOC emmissions as we have in the States. Upper right on your backlight dash, should be the DPF regeneration lights. These lights stay off until a need for a regen is detected by pressure sensors in your DPF. You can turn your ignition key right one click, to light up the entire dash board, and look at all the information lights, including regen lights. Located down near your steering column is the Regen Initiation/cancellation switch.

Wow, I also see Australia gets all the new Kioti models long before the US market does. I was looking at the CK4210 model, which is a major upgrade to the CK4010 model.

Thanks for your response but the only switch on my dash is the auto PTO control, nothing like the manual, but then kioti.au website indicates that the 5810 is not available in HST yet mine is.
Just gets more confusing.

Is there anything on the console to your right? Most cab models have the switches to the right of the operator, and I believe most open station models have the switches to the right of the operator under a translucent plastic cover.

I pulled the current Kioti Au manual for the DK5810SE, with HST transmission. You have many more switches than the PTO switch. Here is where your regeneration switch is located. Below steering column, left side. Likewise, your backlight dash shows in upper right is your regeneration lights. These should stay off - OR blank until a regen is initiated.
