I recently had a W.R.Long hydraulic valve installed on my DK40HST, after 3 return trips including one valve replacement the valve still fails to release when the grapple is opened or closed fully. The valve also allows the grapple to creep open when I lightly release the pressure on the close movable arm. customer service at Long has been close to worthless. The dealer that installed it how has put forth an incredible effort to get this valve to work is now ready to throw the towel in and remove it. I am sure this has cost the dealer a great deal and he's run out of ideas, just wonder if anyone has run into this before and if they have gotten this valve to work properly.

This happened to someone else on TBN recently. Turned out that the hoses were connected wrong on the valve. IN-OUT should have been OUT-IN. Hoses got switched around and all was good. :thumbsup:
