3-Point Hitch DK35 hitch problem?

I have a great 2005 DK35. Only problem is an engineering defect which has been corrected on newer models. The yokes on the stabilzer arms snap under stress with virtually every implement I use. This is regardless if hoe they are adjsted etc. Any ideas?

I'd go to the dealer and have the upgrades provided. The least they could do for you.

What did they do different on newer models?

Not sure why you have have so many break?
I have an older model DK 35 with the same stabilizer arm setup.
I broke one yoke several years ago when I caught a big rock with the outside edge of my backblade.
I replaced it with a new one (around 10 or $15 I think) never had any more break.

Thanks for your quick response. Not sure either. My dealer says it was a poor design which has been improved. It is inexpensive to replace but just an ongoing hassle! I have questioned myself as far as adjustments on implements etc but regardless, I seem to break one every 10-15 hrs of bush hogging or blading...frustrating, I may look to a different type set up vs factory standard.

I was on the Kioti site looking through the new DK 35se sales brochures.
Hard to tell from the pictures, but I'm not seeing a new design. The stabilizes arms and mounts to the lift arms still look the same to me.

Have you tried adjusting them with some play in them? Acts a little like a shock absorber.
