DIY Chain Drag Repair..????

I知 missing a couple of sections on my well used chain drag. Is there a way to to make repairs.? I could probably find a shop to make the repairs but that would likely cost more than it逞ｴ worth.

I’ve never used a chain drag, so I may be wrong, but I would assume tire chain repair tools would work (to replace broken links)?
