discharge chute blocker

I'm looking for a discharge chute blocker for a CC model 291 mower deck. Any one know where to start looking? What I would like is some thing that could be left on the mower then raised and lowered as needed.

if you don't find one, locate a reliable local welding shop. You'd be surprised how easily they can probably make one. I was a bit surprised how much farm equipment they work on in this area, since many of them do more than just welding.

I made one for my old push mower out of an old Florida license plate and two quarter inch bolts, very easy

Thanks for the responses. I have decided to coble some thing up here at home. With the help of a neighbor who is handy with a tourch and welder.

You could also go to a local sheetmetal shop and just ask for a few scraps
