I need to remove some small chunks of concrete that were poured around fence posts that have rotted off. They are about 18" deep and just below ground level. Is there a way I can use my small tractor with a loader to remove them? Thanks for any comments. :)

corner of the bucket might make em pop out depending on how wet the soil is, otherwise dig around them a bit with a shovel and chain onto them, pull em out slowly.
when i did fence install and removal we would use the post hole diggers and dig a hole right next to the concrete and push the post into the ne hole and pull them out.
