What kind of oil is used in the front & rear differential in the Toolcat cant seem to find it in the book.

If you have a "D", the Special Sauce is designated on page SPEC-7 in your Op & Maint. Manual.

5.54 qt. (each transaxle) of p/n 6687120.

Do not have the manual so what # is it?? 5600 toolcat

bobcat7532010, let me clarify...I have a Toolcat 5600. It is the "D" variant (started production in 2007). My manual is for the "D" version. (The differences between the 5600 "A", "B", "C", and "D" variants can be found within this forum; however, if you have independent coil suspension on all four corners you have a "D".)

From what I was told that the oil was all the same. Dealer does not know either. Had to order the oil from dealer but would like to know what weight of oil it takes>>

Unfortunately, the bottle is pretty boring...no viscosity info...just a blurb on how the fluid will retain your Bobcat warranty...
