Diesel price.

Last couple months over the road diesel price been at $2.99 gal..finding this odd for my area but not complaining.

What are you pay for diesel?

The lowest is $2.83 and highest is $2.95. Usually by now the price difference between gas and diesel is getting closer but doesn't seem to be happening.

Just filled my 5 gal cans today at Irving in Farmington. $3.049 / gal.
$43 for diesel, filled the car for $44, I hate those trips

The station I use is pretty aggressive with their pricing. Two weeks ago come this Tuesday I noticed the price was 2.65. Knowing that the next day would be "diesel wednesday" when they drop the price a few more cents, I decided it was time to fill my FL70. I got it for 2.61 then the next day or so it went to 2.69 and was still there this past Friday the 4th.

Only about 30 miles away from that station but in another county, the price is 2.99 and is always about 20-25 cents higher for some reason. All in all, 2.99 is better than 4.99.

Glad I don't have to fill a big truck every day or so.

Off road diesel is around 2.33 here..On road, almost 3 bucks.

It is $3.09 a gallon here for on-road diesel and has been at that price for the last 2 months.

On road diesel has been at $3.099 for over a month. Saturday it dropped to $3.049. Off road is $2.849.

I saw a couple of places yesterday for $2.759 a gal. on-road. Gasoline is as low as $2.599, but hurricane season and the Gulf problems will surely drive both prices up very soon.

Yesterday I filled up my truck with diesel at Walmart at $2.56. The price varies widely in this area from $2.56 to about $2.89 from station to station.

A few weeks ago the price got to 2.99. I had to fill up of course. And then the price dropped pretty quickly to 2.89.

The price has been at 2.89 since then.

Seems that my area has the highest price and we have an oil refinery in town, go figure.

We Canadians just pay lots of tax on everything. Diesel is $1.05 a liter which comes to approximately $3.75 a US gallon.
