Please post the watch model & make.6.0 is my goal. Congratulations. Wish you a speedy and full recovery.
I got a 7.0 last year then 6.9 this past January. Finally got serious about this problem in June and started a Keto type diet. Eggs and bacon for breakfast no toast (no bread ever) Super salad for lunch. Meat and veggies or jerky and cheese for dinner. Turmeric supplement started. New smart watch gives a blood sugar reading. Step count and blood pressure too. It's just a cheap $95 knock off but it is working for me.
2.5 months later I got a 6.3 a1c.
Have you checked its BG accuracy? There are many of these non-invasive Glucose monitors available. This is the E400 I got
I have not. Like the review says it may not be 100% accurate. For me it reads 6.02 mmol/L in the AM. I have not checked it against the finger prick. It reads mmol/L not what I'm used to. I was able to google a conversion table. But it is a reliable base which shows the rise and fall of my BG when eat or fast in both graph and digital reading. There are many of these watches available form $100 to $1000 to choose from.Have you checked its BG accuracy?
hope you are feeling betterHas this thread gone dead? I just got out of the hospital and surgery for an appendix and made my BG (blood glucose) go crazy.
