When working on various auto accessories, I needed an easy to use 12 volt power source for testing purposes. So, I bought an adapter off Amazon that attached to Dewalt 12 volt battery packs, and 3D printed a small box that attached to it, with 4mm banana plug sockets installed. Now, I can attach whatever leads I need to the power source to power whatever item I'm testing or repairing. It sure beats using a battery charger or dragging a lead-acid car or tractor battery onto the bench. I even printed it in yellow, though it doesn't match Dewalt's color very well. If I make another one, I'll make it a bit larger to accommodate a fuse holder or circuit breaker.
