Hello everyone and thanks for reading my thread. I have a 1990 Kubota G6200tractor I am having a problem with the way it runs, obviously. When you start it up it runs full throttle, and if you move the throttle nothing happens, it just stays at full throttle no matter where you move it to. If anyone can be of any assistance I would gladly appreciate it. Thanks for your time once again. If you need any other information ragarding the tractor please ask and I will provide.

Does the throttle "feel" like its working? You might check it where it connects to the injector pump to see if it is moving the lever.

The title to your post is misleading. It should have said something like Kubota G6200 runs at full throttle. Help

How did you last shut it down? Did you pull the lever back to idle? Is the shaft from the hand throttle sliding inside of a fitting with a screw or bolt to lock it in place?

Sounds like a broken throttle cable? If you can shut it off with the shut off knob I would say cable or linkage adjustment
