When I replaced the ram on my BH90,I got the seals from a hydraulics shop.They sold each part separately.Kubota would only sell the complete kit which was a LOT more money.I am no hydraulics expert but I think the part you are referring to is just a dirt scraper,the actual pressure seal is inside the cylinder.Someone on here that knows a lot more about hydraulics than I do will know for sure.
