deere x495 cooler line problem

hello i have deere x495 was cutting and all trans fluid started pumping out.found 1 of the cooler lines came off thought it was going to be easy fix.losend clamp reinstalled line and refilled trans.started and all seemed fine took for a little ride and saw fluid pumping out again and same line popped off. anyone have any idea`s why this would happen was thinking maybe plugged cooler causing to much pressure. thanks for the help

I think I would connect the Input side of the cooler, and remove the cooler OUT line and place in a bucket and see if there is good flow through the cooler.

If there is good flow through the cooler, then look for a blocked return filter if it has one.
