Deere 445 opinions

Looking for opinions on a Deere 445. This one is about a 1995 with a mower and 2 stage snow thrower and just over 1000 hours.

What are things to look for?

Any known weakness or things that are know to go?

This one had the camshaft upgrade around 540 hours after it failed.

Any idea on what it's worth? Owner is asking $4800.00.

That is a great tractor, and the price is very good considering there is a snow thrower in the deal. Very good investment, IMO.

Go to the Deere dealer, and ask for a run down on that serial number, and anything major should show up there. Including the cam upgrade.

If the snowblower is a 47 in good shape it is worth $1500 in the fall. The quick hitch is worth at least $300. At 1000 hours with the timing gear already done it is worth thinking about but don't think to long it won't be there forever.
