If your talking about this pin that I have circled, that’s were your left hand lift arm mounts.

That left bracket is a standard for those old Fords. They used them on both sides on the bottom of the fender bracket bolts and allowed for bars to be attached to those stubby pins (other end over the 3 point pin on the attachment). TSC still sells those generic bars, but you won't need it on the left since your Mahindra has it's own stabilizer.
