Aren't these really entirely diffferent class of tractors? I picture the Workmaster 45 as being a no-frills ag type utility with limited options, eg. no cab, no hydro, only R1 28" tires, 8X8 trans, etc. The Workmaster is built heavier with inboard planetary rear axles and the front wheels are adjustable, even with 4WD, can take Cat I or Cat II, etc.
The 3045 on the other hand is a CUT with available cab, hydro or 12X12 and many other options. But tires are only 24" max, less ground clearance, no planetary rear axle, can't adjust front rims on 4WD, only Cat I, and much lighter tractor, and price starts several more even in 2WD and can be run up much higher with options.
I might be wrong on a few points but to me they're quite different and not designed for the same market. Maybe one of the dealers can fill in other major differences.
