I am a L.S. Dealer. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to hit me up. I will answer the best I can. I believe LS is top of the line tractor, especially for the price !! Obviously they are not perfect and sometimes have mishaps. We have experienced some tie rods breaking on the 4000 series. We are in works with LS corp to fix this issue. We have one of the best mechanics you will ever find , probably better than the engineering at LS. He is implementing a "fix" to eliminate this from happening!! Overall I am still very pleased with their products and feel assured we will find a solution to any issues we will ever have !

I haven't asked for anyone to buy anything from me on here.. I simply said " if anyone has questions or concerns purchasing a L.S product to hit me up" I have sold almost 100 LS tractors this year!! A customer purchasing a LS today told me about this forum, so I thought I would be of help - if I could... Didn't know I was gonna piss anyone off..

Thanks for coming on. I for one appreciate it. You would think, someone's sincerity would not be questioned until it was shown otherwise. Give this guy a break. I for one, read the forum to learn.

GOOD DAY TO YOU, I AM GLAD YOU ARE HERE!!! My question is I want a G3033H next year I heard from another dealer, that the new engine plant might not be ready yet for the G3033H tier 4 engine which I don't want. SO did they make enough G3033H tractors or will there be a gap?

Welcome to TBN!

I bought a new R4047H in Jan of 2013, and ultimately sold it to get something bigger...it did a good job for me, and never gave me any problems. I still haven't bought the bigger machine, so there are plenty of times I wish it was still here!

As of right now, there are plenty of "G" series Avaiable.. They will obviously fade out to Tier 4.. Which I wouldn't be too scared of . We have been dealing with Tier 4 for awhile.. You dont really have much on smaller compact tractors. We have had the XR series and XU for almost a year now and haven't had any problems yet with Tier 4 emissions.. On our row crop eq (such as combines and 200hp tractors ) we have to add the DEF (diesel exhaust fluid).
That XR3032 or 3037 is a pretty sweet tractor along the same size as the G for not a lot more money! XR3032 $18,220

Moongoose, is that XR3032 an "H" and does it come with the FEL at that price? I'm comparing the price of the one I bought - XR3032H with FEL.

Thanks, and welcome to the board.

I suck at mechanic skills.... Best of my understanding - it is the tie rod kind of pulls apart almost.. There are stops on the left front wheels. None on the right.. Our mechanic "thinks" that putting stops on both sides may prevent this from happening.. And this has only happend to maybe 3 of the dozens of 4000 series we have out there.. Of course I don't want anyone to have issues but unfortunately it has happend and we are trying like **** to get a fix!! I think LS should have maybe used steel instead of cast.. The XU series are steel..

Welcome mongoose, I am new as well, I purchased my p7010 back in July and love it, few little problems but overall great, just wandering I had trouble get much extra information from the dealer, I mean they knew the basic stuff about my tractor but not much more. I found out more on my own on here than anywhere. Does LS have training they send dealers to on their products? Is there a rep. a customer can talk to if they have a question about something? Thanks

Sorry about that. that was very rude of me.

Hi mongoose,

There have been more than a few occasions when comparing the FEL lift specs of various tractor brands in the 50-70HP range that LS seems to be way more or very near the top in lift capacities. Have you noticed this, is it something LS are deliberately trying to differentiate themselves upon, do you check the relief pressures before sending a new tractor on its way, and have you confirmed the specs in real world use - e.g. loaded a known weight on a FEL and raised to full height?

Take the P7010's loader for example, it is supposed to lift 3500lbs (at pins) to full height. That is mighty impressive.

Thanks.
