Dealer dealer installed 300cx?

I am considering buying a 3720 without loader and then having the dealer install a 300cx at a later time. Will dealers do this and are there any problems with this approach or is it better to have things assembled at the factory?

I don't believe FELs are assembled "at the factory", but are dealer installed. It won't matter to the dealer if you buy the 300CX now or later, but I would bet you would get better pricing on it if you bought it as part of a package with a tractor.

That should not be a problem. I did the same thing with my 5525 cab. The 3720 has the valves, etc for the FEL. Of course they will need to add the brackets for the FEL, etc. at a later date.

They definitely assemble and install at the dealer. JD ships them to them on a pallet, and then they assemble them plates, then brackets, then bucket mount, then hydraulics connection then drive up inot the forks for the loaders that come off the tractor.
