Looking at that i would say Top L/H is low battery electrolyte,Bottom L/H looks to be Low Coolant in Radiator or overflow bottle. The Top R/H is oil pressure and Bottom R/H is Charge light. The Top left is hard to see but it looks to have posts on top of it,so i think it is battery level.

I used to be a Chinese interpreter: First Chinese character on bottom left is "water" but I can't see the Chinese character on the right side clearly- don't know if it's water (coolant) level or water temperature, though the symbol appears to indicate water level.

If you get a clearer photo of the rest of the Chinese characters I can translate, but Neat 1500 is probably right, judging by the "international symbols."

The "low water" sensor in the bottom of the coolant overflow bottle may be dirty and giving a false indication that the unit is low on coolant. You can remove the bottle and wire unit, without taking out the sensor, and flush it out with some clean water. That may cure you problem. Keep us informed.
