Glenn, Thank you for the response. I think I have found the information I need. Although the driver mentioned in the link below has a Dearborn decal, it looks like a clone of the MD-6. The brochure says a Danuser Model 22-54 which may have proceeded the MD-6. I have no way of knowing. It addresses my questions as to shims and brake adjustments. Those are the only areas adjustable. Possibly the guide rollers are eccentric but I haven't loosened one to see. With my mechanical experience, I would think they would be to allow for driver channel adjustment. The Dearborn Model 22-54 would be equal to a Danuser MD5. The difference between the MD5 and MD6 was the PTO. When Rockwell went out of business years ago we got away from the yellow or black metal PTO guards and switched over to the Weasler black plastic PTO guards. We do still offer conversion kits from the old to the newer style. If you do need any help, please feel free to give me a call.
