Tiller Danish S spring tine prices

I am replacing the tines on my arena harrow. I've received quotes of $11, $22 and $30 apiece all for a tine having identical physical dimensions.
Is there a physical reason for these price differences?

My guess is that one is the short style, one the long style and the last the heavy duty version OR the proprietary John Deere style. You could have any of the three styles so look up for sure what you have. You could try Shoup's or Sloan Express on line to figure out what you have. My guess is the short regular style. Buy them yourself mail order and save the $$.
