Looking for any Ford 8N owners. I have an issue with the starter. I bought a new ballast resister and starter switch, but when I push the starter button...nothing.

welcome to tractor bynet is your starter switch mount on the tractor away from starter if so you should have 2 big post about 7/16 or so and 2 or 1 little post the little post one will be the actual post that causes the starter to engage if this is correct try jumping with tractor transmission in neutral please from positive post to switch post with screw driver if it trys to start possibly bad push button. the 2 big post are 1 from battery the other goes to starter let us know
