I purchased a new D350 this past September. I have noticed lately that the 3PH is lowering VERY slowly - it raises fine. I did as the manual said and made sure the shut off value was fully open - this did not make any difference. We have been having weather down in the teens, 20s and 30s - but today it was around 50, the arms are still lowering very slowly. They also do this even when the tractor has been in use. Is it normal for this tractor to lower so slowly. Any suggestions?
