D130 Won't Start

I have a D130 with 11 hours on it. Last week I turned the key to start it and it broke into 2 pieces. I was able to get the piece out of the ignition, but after that as soon as the clutch was engaged the motor would start - no key in the ignition. When I was done using the mower I unplugged the switch under the dash, in the engine compartment, thinking this would prevent the battery from draining down. A few days later I bought a new key but now nothing works, not even the hour meter. I thought the battery drained down so I hooked a charger up to it for a few minutes, but the hour meter didn't even come on. Should I leave the charger on fo a few hours or is there something else to try?

Take it back to the dealer and have them fix it. That is what the warranty is for.

Yah, I'd try charging it first and see... nothing gonna hurt ya trying right? Did you put that Cable back?

I would try it first before you bring it back... Just tell them I dunno know what happened when you bring it in... LOL

Just don't break nothing... hehhehehhehehe
