Cutting PTO Shaft

I used to switch the shaft from the snowblower to the tiller. The distance from the input shaft of the implements' gear box to the 3ph mounting pins, and the vertical distance between the same points were identical on both implements. My advice - buy another shaft. I screwed up the oil seal on my tiller the last time I removed the shaft.
