Hello, first post, and I am looking to get a b3200, test drove one today but my reservation is using hst on a large 5 acre yard. I was thinking my foot might get tired holding the pedal down continuously. Does anyone have experience with this in a large yard? do you get foot fatigue or did you get use to it? Do I need to look at a 3030? I'd rather stay with the 3200 because of price.I currently have a l2900 and it is a big difference operation wise and want some of your opinions. thanks very much, I love this forum.

My BX has a cruise control, you just lift a small knob and it holds the speed for you. I don't know if B's have that option or not, but I bet the do. I have HST and my foot never gets tired, so I rarely use the cruise control.

actually the 3200 doesn't have cruise control like the 2630 and 3030 models do. It is the less bells and whistles model. I just wish the 3200 had a way to get cruise control on it.

This is a new one on me and I have 3 BX TRACTORS.

Where is my Cruse Control?

I dont have "cruise control" on my 3200 but I do have "speed set device" which is like a "cruise control". The speed set device will maintain a constant forward speed.

I'm mowing 4 acres and have never needed the cruise. I'm always adjusting my speed to avoid trees or ease over rough ground anyway.

Me too. I've mowed 4+ acres with a B2400 for 8 or 9 years and never suffered from foot fatigue. There is a constant speed lever that you can pull to the on position but I've never used it.

thanks for the replys, I'm going to have to check on that constant speed lever, the salesman never mentioned it even after I told him my concern of foot fatigue since I have a large yard and would be pressing the forward lever for long stretches. I'm going back to the lot today. thanks again.

I believe the lock lever is the one just to the left of the parking brake engage lever. I'll have to try it out one of these days :)

The B3200 does have the speed set. Looks like LBrown can no longer be counted on as the BX expert. Looks like he needs to get more than 2 BX1500's and a BX23 to know everything about every model. How could he not know about the speed control on the newer BX's? Maybe because he has limited his knowledge base by owning several of the same model. LBrown, trade one of your BX1500's to another model and learn about the other Kubota products.
