I saw something similar to this at an antique tractor show about a year ago. It had more of a car look and had a tiller instead of a steering wheel. The couple it belonged too were crusing around the show all day. Looked like a lot of fun.

Like the add states, it would be a fun in a parade. Thanks for sharing.
