I got mine at the JD dealer. They must be popular, they were right next to the counter. I paid 7.59 for mine.

Now that you mention it, I have noticed that putting a
can near my gearshift near the seat is stable. That sounds like a good place. Thanks for the suggestion!

I bought a gimble cup holder from www.bcsystems.ws. A little pricey (about $25), but very cool looking! They design cup holders for high performance racing applications. It is mounted on the fender of my Yanmar 1500 and works great!

looks good, BUT where ya gonna put it when ya gets a cab for that beast? Looks like my tractor, but cant put holder there due to cab.

Got mine attached about like LGinIA. It's a $1.55 purchase at AutoZone. All you need thereafter are 2 sets of small stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers. I had to temporarily remove 1 Kubota screw in order to pry back the plastic cowling enough to get a hand in for nut placement. Works fine, and is not as susceptible to tractor movement as a fender mount. Holds a water bottle early in the task, and a beer on the last run before quitting.
