Man I have no idea why I thought it was 4" pipe it's an 8". I think this time it will stay clear. The first big part is I have the pipe up an inch so silt would settle under it. I have lots of rock leading up to it to catch any debris coming in. The big thing is this time I have an outlet for the water on the other side and I dug a trench 6" lower than the pipe for anything that comes out. When I put it in the first time I had rented a small tractor for 3 days to put in culverts and grade the drive way. That tractor the power lacked the power I needed to cut a good outlet for the culvert so sand just built up. When this pipe flows the velocity is high so I think my problem is fixed but I'll keep the auger just in case.
