Cultipacker wheels

I want to build a cultipacker. Can anyone provide a distributor that sells the wheels?

A used one would be cheaper than the sum of the parts. I bought 2 four foot models for a hundred each. They work well for new seeding.

About 4yrs ago I went a sales yard and looked at some old rollers of various widths and I think they had some kind of wooden bushing bearings. The guy said they sold at $150 a foot width, so a four footer would have been $600. Cultipackers are just not availbable around these parts, so, I've look into building my own, but dropped the idea as soon as I found out steel prices. The culvert idea may have some merit. I have a old hot water tank I'm tryin' to make into a lawn roller, we'll see how that goes. bjr

You're right--used cultipackers are pricy. I looked for over a year before I found this 9-ft CP locally

A real bargain at $600.
