Cudos to Titan

Monday I ordered a 42" 4000 lb set of pallet forks from Titan. I received the forks on Wednesday, great service. The product looked to be high quality. Although I haven't used them yet, I feel confident they will be a valuable tool for me.

The second part of the story gives you an idea of how Titan views customer service. When I opened up TBN late yesterday I noticed a Titan sale ad for the exact same set of forks I just received. The price was $26.20 lower than I paid. Since I just missed the special, I emailed Titan and asked if they would consider a rebate for the difference in the prices. I told them in my email that if they couldn't, I understood and there would be no hard feelings. Yenessa emailed back with the following answer; "I would love to refund you the difference in that price." Now that is service!

I would highly recommend Titan if you are considering one of their products. They understand customer service. Thank you Yenessa.

Got the same good service when I talked to Pallet Forks Titan and bought my tree and fence post puller. I'm about to order a Rock Bucket from them. Now you're making me feel bad that I didn't post kudos to Titan but I do appreciate good service before and after a sale. Good luck with the new forks.

I also bought the 42" pallet forks a couple years ago. (with hay spear)
I have used the crap out them; good product - - no complaints.

I really like my Titan hay spear. The price was half of what others where charging and the quality is first rate. They suck at packaging, but since it's going to get scratched up anyway, and spend it's life out in the elements, I was more surprised that it was packed so poorly then actually upset about it.

I bought the titan 3pt trailer mover. It was an excellent price. It came with 2 different trailer balls and a clevis all for around 90.

Just realized I spelled kudos wrong in my title for this thread. Spelling is a lost art, for me anyway.

Goes to show you how my mine works or ( don't work) It never crossed my mine till you pointed it out. I've saw it spelled both ways. Don't know which is right and further more . . . . :laughing:

I thought you had mis-spelled;
