Cub Cadet 2165

I posted a thread in the buying section but perhaps that was the wrong location for my question. I am looking to purchase a used Cub Cadet 2165 that has 400 hours on the machine. I do not know the year of production. This year it has had a new clutch installed and new right spindle. The gentleman is asking $650 for it, and of course my question is regarding if this is a good enough machine to go ahead and buy?
I appreciate all input, good or bad. I do not have myself sold on this mower so bad comments will not hurt my feelings. Thank you so very much!
