With no load my 1515 surges from full throttle down to about half throttle and stalls below that. I have removed carb. bowl and cleaned bottom of carb., needle seat, and bowl but it still fails. I want to remove the carb. but I can't seem to find a way to get the throttle wires to come out of the various levers. They look like they are connected with a z-bend inside a poly sleeve.
The engine runs good under load, even down to below half throttle. I have changed the fuel filter and fuel flow seems OK. I am using new gas.
Am I missing something or does the entire throttle assembly have to be removed with the carb.
