Cub cadet 122 Loader

Hello to All, here are a couple shots of my customized Cub Cadet 122. I have done alot to this bad boy. The previous owner did the customization to the tractor. I dismantled most of the tractor. I sand blasted the frame, fenders, hood, axles, 2 coats original color, replaced most of the wiring harness, rebuilt the carb, new points, plug and plug wire, new coil and voltage regululator, new front wheel bearing's, new front tires, new muffler, different seat with new custom seat cover. New emblems all around. It also has tandem rear wheels as you can see. The front loader is powered by 3 electrical cylinders capable of lifting 1500lbs each, there is 2 for lifting and 1 for adjusting the pitch of the bucket... Enjoy

Great idea !!! Can you give the part number for the actuators.... What is the cycle time... I'd like to rig something like that for a dump cart using actuators on each side of the bed. Any problems keepin the actuators in sync....

That's a very cool idea. How does the elecrical system handle all of those actuators? Did you have to upgrade that? Also, how are the upright arms supported. Seems like you might need to brace them to the front of the frame. It would help stiffen the unit and prevent some twisting from a load that was not centered in the bucket. With 3000 lbs of lifting power from those actuators you are going to need a lot of weight on the rear of the tractor. Be careful.
